Caramel Custard |
Materials :
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of cornflower
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method: Place 1/4 cup of sugar and water in a bowl. Cook the mixture of water and sugar and cook for 2 minutes with microwave hi. Mix well and then cook for three to four minutes. Remove the mixture if it has dark brown color. Make a bit of egg, cornflower, vanilla and the remaining sugar together mixed in a bowl. Mix the milk in the mix to make a bit. Pour the mixture of sugar and water into the bowl. Cook 10 to twelve minutes of microwave in 30 percent with lid in the bowl. Turn the bowl in the middle of cooking. Serve cold after cooking.
