Hilsha Polao
Ingredients: 6-7 pieces of hilsa, one-third of one cup of onion bread, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 2 tablespoons of sweet curd, 2 tablespoons of sugar, half cup coconut milk, salt flavored, oil and chilli .

If the fish gravy comes to the desired level, then roast the green chili for 5 minutes and serve it. Keep the fish separate from gravy. Fish will leave in the Gravy Polao.
Polao Procedure: Heat ghee and oil. Grate onion and hot spices (bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon). When the onion becomes brown, add ginger paste, salt and rice. You have to fry well. Now let's fish with gravy polao. The taste of cooked fish will be mixed with polao. Give half a cup of warm water to this. Cover the covered medium.
