When you hear the name of the eggplant, the water of the tongue comes out. There is no word if you have roasted brinjal with khichuri! These can be made from eggplants, with lots of fun cooking. Just like that is a cooking eggplant! Are you surprised by the name? Not surprisingly, this dish is quite popular in Turkey. Let us know if the recipe of eggplant kabab

Materials:


  • 3 eggplants
  • 450 grams of cow cow
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons red dried pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 7 garlic koya
  • 6 peppercorns


Method:

1. First round the eggplant round and cut into a teaspoon salt water.
2. Then mix well with a bowl of cow's mint, onion gram, red-dried chilli powder, pepper powder, salt.
3. Then put a white flame like a kebab and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Now give a barbecue between two eggplants in the oven tray. Thus fill the whole oven tray.
5. Now make a barbecue sauce. Mix tomato paste, pepper powder, salt and one cup hot water. Give it with olive oil.
6. Pour the whole sauce on the eggplant and the kebab.
7. Cut the tomatoes and the capsicum and give it to the side of the kebab. If you want to give some koya garlic with flavors.
8. Prize to 400 Fahrenheit or 200 Celsius in Oven. Bake the oven tray for 45 minutes.
